Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale and use (hereinafter "GTCU") govern access to and use of the Wellness Osrose website (hereinafter "the Site") and the services provided by Wellness Osrose (hereinafter "we" or "Osrose"). By booking a session or using our services, you accept these terms and conditions without reservation.
Services Offered
Wellness Osrose offers private spa and wellness services in Brussels, with booking options for different spaces and formulas. Each space can accommodate between 2 and 5 people, depending on the capacity chosen.
Booking and payment
3.1 Booking
- Bookings can be made online via our website. To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid on site on the day of the session.
3.2 Cancellation and Modification
- Any modification or cancellation must be made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation date. After this deadline, the deposit will not be reimbursed.
- In the event of cancellation within the deadline, the deposit will be reimbursed in full.
3.3 No-show
- In the event of no-show for the session booked without prior notice, the full deposit will be retained by Wellness Osrose.
3.4 Late arrivals and extensions
Late arrival at the end of your session: A fee of €20 will be charged for every 5 minutes your session is late.
If you wish to add an extra hour to your session, please notify the staff before the start of your session to check availability.
Rates
Rates are indicated on the Site and may vary according to duration, number of people and options chosen. Reduced rates are available on weekdays before 5pm. Prices include access to facilities and certain additional services such as towels and bathrobes, subject to availability.
Safety and Operating Rules
5.1 Hygiene and dress
- For reasons of hygiene, bathing suits and sandals must be worn. A shower must be taken before starting any session.
- Towels, bathrobes and bathing sandals are available for hire.
5.2 Behaviour and safety
- It is forbidden to bring your own drinks and/or food into the spa.
- Pets are not allowed in the wellness areas.
- Children must be under the constant supervision of an adult. It is forbidden to dive in the pools or to run in the wellness areas.
Liability
- Wellness Osrose accepts no responsibility for theft, loss of property or accidents on its premises or in the parking lots.
Use of the Website
6.1 Cookies
- The Site uses operating cookies to enhance the user experience. By using the Site, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our privacy policy.
6.2 Personal Data
- Wellness Osrose collects personal data for the processing of bookings and the sending of newsletters. Users may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the emails received.
7. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site, including texts, images, videos, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software, are the exclusive property of Wellness Osrose or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, whether total or partial, of the elements of the Site, whatever the means or process used, is forbidden, except with the prior written authorization of Wellness Osrose.
Modification of the GTCU
Wellness Osrose reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via a notice on the Site or by email.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTCU are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
